1. Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed:

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Skyveto works with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Within the same state: 2–4 business days
  • Within the region: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary based on courier capacity, weather conditions, strikes, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Some products may have free shipping
  • Standard shipping fees may apply on low-value orders
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or special-delivery areas

Skyveto reserves the right to update shipping fees without prior notice.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on select products and pin codes
  • COD charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restrictions

Skyveto reserves the right to disable COD for certain users due to repeated misuse.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will attempt delivery 1–3 times depending on the location.

Delivery may fail if:

  • Address is incomplete or incorrect
  • The customer is unavailable
  • Phone number is unreachable

If the order returns to us due to failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping charge may apply for redelivery.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS
  • You can track your order in the My Orders section
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch

Please check the courier partner’s website for the most accurate updates.

7. Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing products
  • With visible tampering

You must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. This helps us raise the issue with our courier partners and resolve it quickly.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Skyveto currently ships only within India.

Some pin codes may not be serviceable due to courier limitations.

Products containing batteries, liquids, or fragile materials may have restricted delivery based on courier rules.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Skyveto is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Strikes or transport shutdowns
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Logistics partner issues

We always work closely with courier teams to minimize delays and keep your order moving.

10. Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup

For return or replacement requests:

  • Reverse pickup is arranged in most serviceable pin codes
  • If your location is not eligible, you may be asked to self-ship the product
  • Reimbursement for self-shipping is provided (up to a certain limit) after verifying courier receipt

Reverse pickup times may vary by location.

11. Change of Address After Placing Order

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.

  • If the order has not been processed, Skyveto may be able to modify the address on request.
  • Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.

Please ensure your address is complete and correct before placing an order.

12. Lost or Stuck Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is:

  • Lost
  • Misrouted
  • Not updated for several days

Skyveto will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. If confirmed lost, a full replacement or refund will be issued.
