How to Request Account and Data Deletion
At Skyveto, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. In compliance with Google Play and app store policies, you can request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
1. Automated Deletion via Your Account
The fastest and easiest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly through our account deletion portal. You must log in to verify your identity.
Once you proceed, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted:
- Your personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone number)
- Saved addresses and payment details
- Your wishlist and active shopping cart
- Your product reviews and ratings
- Your order history will be anonymized for business compliance

If you are unable to access your account or prefer us to handle the deletion manually, you can submit a data deletion request to our support team.
- Send an email to support@skyveto.com or rajramlakhan682047@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your Skyveto account.
Our team will process your request and securely delete your data within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that for legal, security, and fraud prevention purposes, we may retain certain transactional records (such as completed orders and tax-related information) in an anonymized format that cannot be linked back to your personal identity.
