4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on Skyveto are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We support secure payment methods through trusted third-party gateways. By completing a purchase, you agree that:

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted under the conditions stated in Skyveto’s Returns & Refund Policy. Key points:

• Courier delays or failed deliveries.
• Inaccurate product descriptions by manufacturers.
• Payment gateway failures.
• Loss of data or unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

Skyveto operates on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

Skyveto does not provide warranties beyond what is stated by manufacturers or suppliers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operations, error-free services, complete accuracy of content, or perfect product color or size accuracy.

13. Compliance With Google & Online Safety Policies

Skyveto strictly adheres to Google’s updated policies, Google Play Store Developer Policies, and E-commerce consumer protection guidelines. Skyveto does not host, promote, or allow:

• Misleading information.
• Illegal or harmful content.
• Disallowed products.
• Violence, hate, or abusive behavior.
• Policy-violating ads or practices.

Any violation discovered is corrected immediately.

14. Termination of Use

Skyveto may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, attempt fraud, harass or abuse support staff, or violate legal or safety guidelines. Termination may occur without prior notice.

15. Indemnification

By using Skyveto, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyveto, its management, employees, and partners from claims arising due to misuse of the Platform, violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or breach of applicable laws.
